We are a small community made up of around 15 people (and some children!) who are exploring what it means to follow Jesus in today’s complex and radically changing world. We are a fresh expression, missional and network community in relationship with Maidstone Deanery (see here for an outline of our values).
In our community we have some some who are re-thinking through important questions of faith, some exploring faith for the first time, and some who fit into no type of category!
But, most importantly, HOST is a safe place to ask questions, explore issues and walk the journey together without fear or judgement seeking to live out the Christian faith. For us good relationships are central!
We meet in each others homes in the South of Maidstone, Kent, although some of our community come from as far as Rochester and East Malling, and are building a relationship with a local vulnerable person centre.
